Just Office combines both disciplines — we are design consultants who also manage execution, giving you a single, accountable partner.
How long does a workspace design project typically take? +
Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project. A typical office fit-out of 5,000–10,000 sq ft runs 10–16 weeks from briefing to handover. Larger or more complex projects may take 4–6 months. We provide a detailed project schedule at the outset with clear milestones and responsibilities.
Can Just Office work with our existing furniture and assets? +
Absolutely. We conduct a full asset audit early in the process and incorporate reusable items into the design wherever practical. This reduces waste, lowers cost, and — where appropriate — preserves elements of your existing culture in the new space.
Do you handle the contractor and vendor management, or just the design? +
We offer both. Design-only engagements are available if you have an existing project management team. However, most clients choose our end-to-end service — where we manage the entire process from concept through to handover, including contractor selection, site supervision, and snag resolution. This is typically more cost-effective and significantly less stressful for your internal team.
How do you ensure the design reflects our brand and culture? +
Our discovery process includes structured workshops with your leadership and team members — not just a brief form.
